This is how we get your home renovation project started
It is important for us to have a site visit to fully visualize and understand clearly what our client’s desires and needs are. This allows us to get a better idea of the size, budget and reality of the project.
After a site visit and meeting with our clients we are able to create an estimate, outlining the costs of materials and labour to complete the project.
Once our clients have reviewed our estimate and have decided to move forward, we would then book additional meetings and begin the final planning process.

All clients receive a year warranty on all work completed by our company. This allows you to have peace of mind, knowing that you have skilled workers and a warranty behind the work. We also are fully covered with insurance and have $5,000,000 liability coverage.
At Stockwell Renovations we pride ourselves on our communication and transparency. There are no hidden cost/fees and there will be no surprises. Any changes or vast differences are always discussed with the clients before moving forward and we provide Progress Reports bi-weekly to ensure that the client always knows the financial standings.
